The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage both before and after our stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with clean bathrooms. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including warm drinks, cheese, bread, and cereal. The hotel also had convenient access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the area.

Two coach parties in, Wild West themed restaurant, we ate in the village. Everywhere within the hotel was shut up by 10.30 p.m., we had to re-enter the hotel via the underground car park.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski lifts and offers a free ski bus service. This made it easy for us to get to the slopes without having to carry our ski equipment for long distances. The rooms were comfortable and provided a cozy atmosphere during our Christmas stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.
The noise insulation in the rooms was poor, as we could hear people talking in neighboring rooms and walking in the hallways. This affected our sleep and made it difficult to relax.

This hotel is a great value for money, providing basic amenities and clean rooms with a nice view. The staff is very friendly, especially Momo in the restaurant. The location is conveniently situated at the entrance to the village and within walking distance to both the bus station and the main lift in Flims.

I loved the easy access to hiking and biking trails in the UNESCO World Heritage Tectonic Arena Sardona. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast buffet and a cozy lobby bar.

Very nice location, very helpfull staff and excellent services, including a rich breakfast buffet. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rate includes also refreshments in the afternoon and the use of sauna as additional benefits.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ski lift and in the shop next to it. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast had a great selection of foods to choose from.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
